Please call the admin team on 0468 480 950 and we will let your therapy assistant or support worker know that your child is sick, and that the session is cancelled. If it is less than 2 days’ notice (short term cancellation), MICAH Inclusion may charge 100% of the fee. This also applies to clients who miss sessions. If your therapist or support worker is sick and cannot be replaced, you will not be charged. You can read our Cancellation Policy here.

Sessions may run for one to four hours, depending on your child’s program and funding. In the last 15 minutes of the session, your therapist or support worker will return your child to you and they will make notes about the session using an app on their phone.
Our services can be accessed with NDIS funding, or privately. Please call our team on 0468 480 950 and we will arrange a call back for you to talk about your child’s needs.
